I don’t know, but guessing from the way you’ve phrased the question, I get the impression that this might be an old machine. If so, why should it worth anything special?
But I’m just guessing. Why don’t you ask Singer themselves?

Thousands, maybe tens of thousands of dollars. Was it touched by a celebrity. Then it could be worth millions.

That appears to be a Singer serial number, and would indicate a machine made in Clydebank, Scotland, in 1960. You’ll need to find the actual model number:
