Check with your local sewing machine stores, that’s probably your only option other than ebay - although I doubt there is much interest in the ’sewing machine appraisal’ market.
I’d just list it on ebay with a reasonable starting price, or a low one to generate interest. Describe it very very well, both all the accessories as well as the condition, for ebay note every scratch. Then also put lots and lots of photos in your listing. Be sure to caution potential buyers to ask any questions they have about your listing BEFORE they bid.
Most ebay shoppers looking for that type of item are pretty savvy and they will know the value of that machine better than you, so their bidding will set the value so long as your description is accurate.

Check with your local sewing machine store and watch the sales on ebay… particularly closed sales at high prices — watch for relistings.
The x30 series of Berninas is considered to be some of the most reliable Bernina produced. You might try to get a copy of John Giordano’s book (called roughly Sewing Machine Guide) and see what he has to say about the various x30 models. I recall the 830 seemed to be particularly valued.
